Kidzania Kuala Lumpur - Another School Break Mission Accomplished

Let me warn you ahead that this posting will be loaded with lots of photos 😤

After our first endeavor to Petrosains KLCC last May, we had been looking forward to another day out together, the four of us, Aqilah, Aqeel, Arissa and myself. (Sorry Adeena & Aliya.. I'll bring you guys along when you are 'big' enough )

We chose to go to KidZania Kuala Lumpur last Monday (11/12/17) and had such great time there. All three of them had been to KidZania before on their school trips so they already know what to expect. However it was my first time there. So I was pretty excited as well 😆

Our compulsory selfie

Here we come!
We arrived at KidZania at about 10 am and the queues for ticket were already meters long. I should have bought the tickets online... and they have discounts too!!! Well, a lesson learnt there!

Checking in

The ticket counters here resemble the check in counter at the airport, hence  you can see the Air Asia logo everywhere. Even the ticketing officers were wearing like Air Asia ground staff uniform. Even the tickets were printed just like the airlines boarding pass.

My three muchkins
To enter the 'City" we then passed through its immigration gates. Another lesson learnt here, I should have asked for its facility map in the first place to plan their activities but I didn't. So were a bit 'lost' at first but as we just went by the flow and later got the idea how everything works here, the rest were history.

Doing their tricks as Magician

Aqilah and Aqeel were hired for their first job as Magicians. They were paid 10 KidZos... Oh yes, they use KidZo as currency. Each of them were given 50 KidZos as a kick start. They can spend it to do the activities they want and were paid if they were hired for jobs. They even can save it in a personal saving accounts if they wish to.

Then they spent 12 KidZos each to climb the building. They did it very well and were able to ring the bell to complete the challenge. Bravo!

A really.. really old post in my draft folder, Beijing - 2010

As I was going through my draft folder, I stumbled upon this so so so long overdue blog entry.
It was about my visit to Beijing in November 2010 and was written in November 2011.
I haven't finished writing this entry so it must be the reason why I did not publish this post.
Anyway, I just post it anyway... It kinda bringing sweet memories and I miss those moments...

Wake me up when November ends..

Dia pernah ke Beijing, so dia tahu sedikit sebanyak on how to go about kat sini.

Tembok Besar China!!!! Semua peserta tersangatlah teruja
Pemandu pelancong kami namaya Happy. Sangat ceria dan fasih berbahasa Inggeris

Walaupun penat, sebelah malamnya kami tetap bersemangat untuk keluar berjalan. Kami ke Wang Fujing Street. Kawasan ni cam ala Petaling Street juga.

Esoknya, kami bersiap awal.
